I start with whole Bahia oranges (grown in Bahia) then peel, candy and crystallize the orange rind.  I use my fazenda Camboa 75% chocolate as the base then sprinkle the candied orange peels on top. It is a dark chocolate with pieces of candied orange. In the1800's this orange tree was taken from Bahia, Brazil to Riverside, California and was renamed navel orange. 

Ingredients: organic cacao beans (2015 harvest), organic sugar, candied orange peel 

weight: 60 grams
