Creamy, coco-nutty, and chocolatey. This is a dark milk chocolate made with coconut milk (no dairy). This chocolate begins with fresh coconuts! I crack them open and dehydrate the coconut meat until I feel it is ready to be added to the chocolate. This chocolate does not have coconut pieces or coconut chunks; the coconut is ground into the chocolate and disappears into smoothness just like the sugar and cacao. It is completely and entirely smooth. I use fazenda Camboa cacao, some organic sugar, coconut, coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Vegan.
